Last updated: June 1, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how Bemo ("Bemo," "the app," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by The Ingenious Minds, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Bemo mobile application. Bemo is a reading app that gives you concise summaries of books and ideas. We are committed to keeping the data we handle to the minimum needed to run the app.
Bemo is designed to work without asking you for personal details such as your name or email. We collect only:
We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or advertising identifiers. Bemo does not contain third-party advertising.
Bemo relies on a small number of trusted service providers, each used only for the purpose described:
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them: Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and Render all publish privacy policies on their websites.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with the service providers listed above, strictly to operate Bemo, or when required by law.
Data on your device is stored in the app's protected storage. Data held by our providers is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and kept on secure cloud infrastructure. While no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Data stored on your device remains until you delete the app. Your anonymous account and subscription records are kept for as long as your account is active so your purchases stay accessible. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time (see Your Rights).

Bemo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Our service providers may store and process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. By using Bemo, you consent to the transfer of information to these locations, which may have data-protection laws different from your own.
If you are located in Türkiye, you have rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), including the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, correction, or deletion, and to object to processing.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our legal bases for processing are the performance of our contract with you (providing the app and your subscription) and your consent. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated within the app. Continued use of Bemo after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bemo mobile application, operated by The Ingenious Minds. By downloading or using Bemo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
By accessing or using Bemo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy above.
Bemo provides concise summaries of books and ideas, along with personalized recommendations. Some content and features require a paid subscription.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bemo. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use Bemo only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

All content, summaries, text, design, and trademarks within Bemo are owned by The Ingenious Minds or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes.
Bemo relies on third-party services (such as Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, and Render). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Bemo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that summaries are complete or accurate substitutes for the original works.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Ingenious Minds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Bemo at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Bemo at any time by uninstalling the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of Bemo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
